Birds-Eye Zinger is a raw pickled pepper in our tangy brine: Serrano and Bird's Eye peppers with a little sweet onion. A spicy pickled pepper that adds zing to any dish. We made this one because people kept asking us for actually spicy food. It's a spicy trio that will up the Scoville heat units of any dish you like: Serrano and Bird's Eye peppers, with some sweet onion for a tangy pepper treat. The peppers go in raw, so they keep their bite, and the tangy brine and sweet onion round them out. I find this the perfect complement to those family taco nights. Where there's a taco, there's usually a margarita! It's also a quick way to wake up eggs, rice bowls and sandwiches. Available in a 500ml jar. Vegan and gluten free.
