Spicy Garlic is whole raw garlic cloves, taken through a slow fermentation with our signature Mickles spice blend, then joined by Red Bird's Eye chilis and Serrano peppers. Tangy, spicy and savoury. When we were asked to bring the heat AND the funk, we said "hold my brine!" These start as whole raw garlic cloves. They go on a slow fermentation journey with our signature spice blend, and then the Red Bird's Eye chilis and Serrano peppers are invited to the party. The result is punchy little cloves with a flavour explosion that's equal parts tangy, spicy and savoury. Toss them into pasta, crush them onto bruschetta, or sneak them straight from the jar. We won't judge. They're just as good chopped into a stir-fry, a marinade or a salad dressing. This one's for the garlic lovers who like a little fire with their funk. Available in a 500ml jar. Vegan and gluten free.
