Our Story

Mandi's Mickles started the way many great traditions do — around a campfire with friends.

Every year, we'd gather at Alice Lake, BC for a weekend of camping, connection, and making memories. There were Caesars to sip, snacks to share, and plenty of giggles around the fire. Regularly stolen off the bar table, pickles became part of the ritual. They were passed around with drinks, piled onto plates, and quickly became the unexpected star of the weekend.

What started as a simple camp snack sparked an idea. After some banter, Mandi's Mickles came out after 3am and that sealed it.

What if pickles could be more than just pickles?

What if they could be bold, exciting, and packed with flavour while still bringing people together the way they always had?

So, we started experimenting. We played with ingredients, pushed flavour boundaries, and created combinations that were anything but ordinary. From Loaded Garlic to Tickled Pink Onions, Pineapple Zinger to Tangy OG, every recipe was inspired by the belief that food should be fun, memorable, and shared.

Today, Mandi's Mickles proudly creates small-batch products designed to spark conversation, elevate everyday meals, and turn ordinary moments into something worth celebrating.

Because whether you're gathered around a campfire, hosting friends for Caesars, building a charcuterie board, or simply snacking straight from the jar, the best moments in life happen when people come together.
